Ronald W. Johnson

MBA, FACHE – Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information and System Sciences at Richard Stockton College in Pomona, New Jersey in 1982. He also earned the Master of Business Administration at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia in 1996.

Mr. Johnson began his career with Shore Memorial Hospital in 1996 when he was hired as Vice President/Chief Information Officer. He had direct responsibility for Information Systems, Biomedical Equipment and Medical Records.

In February of 2005, Mr. Johnson was appointed Vice President/Chief Operating Officer with the responsibility of managing the overall hospital operations with direct responsibility for Surgical Services, Cardiovascular Suite, Laboratory Services, Endoscopy, Radiology Services, Information Systems, Biomedical Equipment and Medical Records.

Prior to joining Shore Memorial Hospital, Mr. Johnson had been the Principle Consultant with CSC Consulting & Systems Integration in Philadelphia, where he provided management consulting, program and project management to a large number of clients across multiple vertical industries. Earlier positions included Program Manager for Spectrum Technology Group, Incorporated in Somerville, New Jersey, Project Manager for Synercom Technology, Inc., Houston, Texas, and Technical Lead Programmer Analyst for CSC Systems Sciences Division.
